The Weathered Kettle Story
Weathered Kettle is all about taking a moment to slow down and appreciate the beauty that exists in each day.
In our fast-paced lives, we often forget to stop and smell the flowers. Life ticks by and we do all the things, but the most important: Pause. Pause and tune-in.
Weathered Kettle was born from a place of feeling worn-out and disconnected...
...picture an old weathered kettle, tarnished from the daily-grind, dutifully committed to her function, but feeling little joy or fulfillment... the tarnish, ever-growing.
But, rather than succumb to a destiny of longing for what was or what is not, the worn-out kettle finds solace in her rustic and weathered condition and realizes that renewal is possible.
The weathered kettle could bring more joy and beauty to the people and world around her if she could do just these two things: First, accept and even appreciate what is. And second, act on her newfound inspiration, one little step at a time.
The weathered kettle found flowers.
The weathered kettle found flowers.
Everyone needs time for renewal. Fresh-cut seasonal flowers and hand-crafted gifts bring joy, beauty and tranquility to our every-day lives, easing stress and helping us connect with others.
All Weathered Kettle flowers and gifts are grown and made with love, straight from the garden for you.

Hi! I'm Kelsey.
I know I’m not unique. Many women are striving for balance between family-life, career, and honouring our heart-felt dreams. Sometimes we can lose ourselves in fulfilling our duties day after day (year after year). We feel disconnected, worn-out from our long days, like something is missing…
Well, something is missing: we stop connecting with what inspires us. You know those inspired urges that wash over you… those ideas you get that you are super excited about before you talk yourself out of it? Following those is what’s missing.
Taking action is what’s missing. No matter how big or small, just take a step towards it.
Setting up a flower stand at the end of my driveway was the first small step I took towards reconnecting with my joy. Now my days are still long, but in a good way!
My wish is that each of us finds our joy and the courage to wipe off the tarnish of life, to reveal our inner shine again.
What inspires you? What small step will you take in that direction?
